Title: Fish Pie with Lemon Thyme

3cCooked flaked fish
2tsDried lemon thyme
1tbParsley, finely chopped
  Salt and pepper
1 1/2cWhite sauce
  Breadcrumbs
  Butter

Stir the fish, lemon thyme, parsley, salt and pepper into the white sauce. Pour into a buttered ovenproof dish, top with breadcrumbs and a few pieces of butter, and brown in a 180~C (350~F) oven for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
